'Sicilia IGP' has an intense green color with golden reflections, and it is a blend of 80% Nocellara del Belice olives, 15% Cerasuola olives and 5% Biancolilla olives.
At the palate there is a persistent flavor of spice and herbs.
Well balanced with a pleasing aftertaste of tomato, almond and artichoke. A medium fruity flavor that is round and full.
This Organic 'Sicilia IGP' won the Gold Medal at 2020 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, the world's most prestigious olive oil quality contest.

Since 1953 the Centonze family has been the owner of this estate and has always prioritized organic agriculture for the cultivation of their olive trees. The farmhouse is surrounded by centuries-old olive groves and lush citrus groves that lie between the ancient 'Latomie' stone quarries that are still visible after 2600 years.
