Our Carnitas are slow-simmered for 4 hours. In the Michocàn carnitas style (pork shoulder). This juicy and tender meat is accompanied by our signature Nixtamal tortillas and salsas. The kit will make approximately 10 Tacos. The carnitas taco kit includes the following:
