Located in Dwight, IL, they chose the Catalpa Gove name for the grove that was planted in the timber in the 1940s. In their market, they sell high-quality goat & lamb meat, heirloom vegetables and goat milk soap. All of the animals - hogs, goats & sheep - are not given growth hormones or antibiotics. In 2008, they planted their own hay field that is now partially used as a pasture for the sheep and goats. In May 2012, they started raising the heritage breed of Berkshire hogs. And in 2013, they built new pasture pens for pigs who are fed a combination of corn, soybeans, and mineral supplement.
