A little hot, a little sweet and very meaty! Just like our Salt & Pepper Jerky, we start with lean cuts of local, natural beef that we hand slice, season and dehydrate in small batches for big flavor! The liberal use of chili flakes gives the jerky a nice kick that is balanced by the sweetness of the star anise and Asian-inspired marinade.
