Company History:
Master confectioner Ernesto Brusa became popular throughout his hometown Varese and the rest of Lombardia in the 1930s, thanks to his take on the region’s traditional sugar-coated almonds. They have since expanded their products to include the finest cocoa blends, combined with dried fruit, candied fruit and precious spices. Cecilia Usuelli’s parents bought the factory in the 80s and now her and her mother run it.
