Our ground chicken is made up of ground, fresh, locally-raised chicken breasts. We grind some of the chicken skin into our grind to provide some fat to keep juicy and enhance flavor. By far the greatest ground poultry you'll ever find - you'll never go back to that supermarket ground turkey again!

NOTE - We always freeze the ground chicken as it degrades almost immediately after grinding. Ground poultry has a very short shelf life unless either frozen or treated with ammonia or other sanitizers/chemicals (which we would never do!)
