Made in our kitchen using Moulard duck, pork, pork fat, pork liver, salt, pepper, curing salt, cream, eggs, red wine, brandy, orange liqueur, port, pâté spice, allspice, fennel, garlic, shallot, parsley, thyme, sage, lemon zest, and dried tart cherries. The pâté is wrapped in house-made pancetta for an attractive and extra tasty finish.
