Mouth-filling and palate-gripping with a pleasingly dry finish, this ice cream is packed with Fair Trade cocoa and not much else, as well as grass-grazed Ohio milk. Making real chocolate ice cream isn't easy, and it took me five years to perfect this flavor. It is packed with so much real chocolate (the most possible, in fact, to legally call it ice cream) that it is overflowing with rich, bittersweet chocolate flavor - wonderfully dense but still creamy, like the inside of a dark chocolate truffle.
