This vibrant Sardinian sheep's milk cheese is decadent and full-bodied. The paste is studded with delicate ribbons of black truffle that are injected after 2 months of aging. The umami truffle flavor is balanced by a silky, vegetal paste. Traditional cane baskets give the cheese it's unique patterning.
