Our signature fresh made product using grandmas family recipe using a combination of pork and beef, and our house pickled cabbage. Once rolled, it is placed in a roasting pan and covered with smoked meat so that as it cooks the juices drip down and add additional flavor to the cabbage rolls. It is sold in containers of 6 pieces, with a piece of smoked meat on top of each.
