Dirk Fucik has been in the fish business for 43 years. Dirk and his wife, Terry opened Dirk’s Fish & Gourmet Shop in 2003. We source fresh products daily and cut our own fish. We believe in sustainable fish and seafood only. Dirk is the head fishmonger with an knowledgeable staff to support him. Terry is our culinary diva with hundreds of personal recipes to share with you. All our home made salads, soups and entrees are all made in house with all natural products.
