On January 1, 2016, the Wu family acquired the market from Mr. Siu (Ken). However, Ken didn't sell the business to a random person. Ken actually wanted to sell the market to someone who he believes would take care of his "dream." Mr. Wu (Jorge) was the chosen one.
Why Jorge? First, he has been working for Ken for many years. As a result, Jorge earned his trust. Second, Jorge has experience managing businesses in Venezuela. Therefore, he knows the value of quality and affordability. Third, yap, he is from Venezuela. He can communicate with his clients in Spanish, Chinese, and English. Fourth, he is not alone. Mrs. Wu, his son and daughter are helping him! You can see us and 4 other employees working at the shop everyday.
