Prospect Butcher Co (PBC) is a worker-owned butcher shop in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, locally-sourced, pasture-raised meats. Our butchers are experts in whole animal butchery and take great care in selecting and preparing each cut of meat. We also offer a wide selection of deli items, including sandwiches made with our own house-made roast beef and ham. At PBC, we believe in supporting our community and sourcing our meats from local family farms like Meili Farm, McEnroe Organic Farm, and Gibson Family Farm. We are worker-owned and committed to providing a welcoming atmosphere where customers can discover unique cuts of meat, try our famous sandwiches, and pick up hard-to-find dry goods.
