Toyin Alli, the Owner/Chef of Puddin' got her start five years ago as a street food vendor at DC's historic Eastern Market on Capitol Hill. Puddin' serves local, sustainable and great tasting Wild Blue Catfish from the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. Simply put, there's a whole bunch of Wild Blue Catfish eating up all the yummy seafood that we hold dear in this region so let's make Po'boys out of them!
