The result of the aging of Varvello Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI using the Sangiovese and Lambrusco grape varieties. This vinegar, which is aged in barriques and oak barrels, reaffirms the highest standards of the traditional Varvello quality. Dark brown color with red reflections, high density, sweet and sour taste (with notes of wood, cooked fruits, plum, vanilla and cherry), balanced and pleasant. It is excellent on red meat (even raw), roast meats, risottos, Grana Padano Cheese, on ice cream and berries.
